they wont be playable at launch and are still ways away from being implemented in the game as a playable faction :)

I have a question, if I wanted to reach + 60% accuracy, would that take up all 10 points?
if I have 60% acc your skill will still off 30% so I'll still have an additional 30% of acc in the bank, and I'm okay with that!
